Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms aim to define the conditions and procedures for using services provided by Hanary (hereinafter "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" refers to online services provided by the Company, including task management, team collaboration, and time tracking.
- "User" refers to members who receive services provided by the Company according to these terms.
- "Member" refers to a person who has registered by providing personal information to the Company and uses the services.
Article 3 (Effect and Modification of Terms)
- These terms are effective for all users who wish to use the services.
- The Company may modify the terms if necessary, and modified terms will be announced within the service.
- If a user does not agree to the modified terms, they may discontinue using the service and withdraw.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
- Users apply for membership through OAuth login via Google account.

The Company may not approve applications that fall under the following:
- Using a false name or another person's information
- Providing false information or failing to provide required information
- Other cases where registration is deemed to significantly hinder service operation
Article 5 (Service Provision)
The Company provides the following services:
- Task management and time tracking services
- Team collaboration and communication services
- Other services determined by the Company
Article 6 (Paid Services)
- The Company may provide some services for a fee.
- New paid purchases are temporarily paused.
- We will explain the external payment provider and payment terms before you pay when payments resume.
- Payment details follow the information provided at the time of payment.
- Please refer to the separate refund policy page for refund policies.
Article 7 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Misappropriating others' information
- Infringing the Company's intellectual property rights
- Actions that damage the reputation of the Company or third parties
- Posting obscene or violent content
- Actions that interfere with stable service operation
- Other illegal or unfair activities
Article 8 (Service Use Restrictions)
The Company may restrict service use or revoke membership if a user violates obligations under these terms or interferes with normal service operation.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempt from liability when unable to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or service suspension by telecommunications providers.
- The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by the user's fault.
- The Company is not responsible for loss of expected profits from using the service.
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
- Matters not specified in these terms shall follow applicable laws.
- In case of litigation arising from service use, the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Supplementary Provisions
These terms shall be effective from January 25, 2025.
